If you get a chance, check out my first youtube video upload. The first version was 22 minutes so youtube rejected it as filesize too large, the 2nd version was 11 minutes and still a reject but the third was 8 minutes and it went through fine.
The format was mpeg1 which is 352 X 240 though youtube specifies 320 X 240 It seems to have rendered ok though I need to reprocess it using Ulead for a brighter and sharper video.
A few months ago, I had sent up another one with just slides but it is so bad I don’t even reference it. Will have to redo that one day soon.
They have a Sony hard drive videocam here that I need to check out as my 8mm was stolen about 3 years ago. If it turns out to be a good deal, then I’ll be making some videos that might be of interest to some of you.
Been meaning to do it for years but you know how the ’round tuit’, procrastination and being pulled away like crows chasing sparklies, seems to keep us from doing all that we want.
