Noah’s Ark on the moon

Better to be prepared than wait til it’s too late to save anyone. I’m sure this has happened several times in the past and when the reseeding happens, suddenly a restoration of science and learning appears.

“BOFFINS are planning to build a “Noah’s Ark” on the moon so survivors of a global catastrophe can rebuild civilisation on Earth. A vault buried under the lunar surface would contain details of DNA, crop growing and even metal smelting. The information in English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish, would be transmitted from the moon to 4,000 special bunkers on Earth. Survivors of a nuclear war or asteroid strike could use the knowledge to restart modern life. Also stored in the vault would be animal embryos and plants so species could be restored – if rocket technology survives. / (I have long thought the moon is probably already hollow, designed and manufactured artificially as just such a preservation Ark by earlier civilizations or ET helpers. Flying ‘paddleboat’ may finally take off

In the KeelyNet archives, there is a story about an English group who has built and are flying these flying paddlewheels. As I recall, they go slow but are very efficient and can lift incredible payloads.

“A cyclogyro flies using “cycloidal propellers” – several wings positioned around the edge of a rotating cylindrical framework, a bit like a paddle-wheel. As each wing rotates, its blades move through the air generating lift and thrust. And, since each wing rotates through a full circle, altering the angle of the individual blades can pull the aircraft forwards, backwards and down as well up. The manoeuvrability that cycloidal propellers could offer provides benefits over more established flying methods. Although no cyclogyro has yet flown without being tethered, its proponents say the design could prove more efficient and manoeuvrable than helicopters at small scales. A team of Singapore researchers is leading the race to construct a working cyclogyro with a prototype that hovers on the end of a line. After studying the performance of different cycloidal designs, the pair modified a toy helicopter, giving it two cycloidal propellers with three blades each, and a small tail rotor for stability. “On the tether, the aircraft can spin, move directly up and down or fly forward and backward,” says Hu. “This is perhaps the first recorded flight for a cyclogyro,” he adds. “There were some people claiming successful flights, but no video or proof for that.” “Cyclogyros are more relevant now because people want to build small, agile UAVs [uncrewed aerial vehicles],” says Weihs. At such sizes they have greater advantages over helicopters, he says. The parts of a helicopter blade nearest and furthest from the hub are moving too slowly and too fast, respectively, to generate thrust. “With a cyclogyro every bit moves at the same speed, so there is no ‘dead space’,” says Weihs. Cyclogyros can also be more manoeuvrable, says Weihs. Helicopters must tilt to travel laterally. But cycloidal propellers can generate thrust in any direction so the craft can remain level, or adopt any other position and still fly in any direction. These advantages are greatest at small sizes. “They are probably not practical above half a metre across,” says Weihs. “You won’t see one carry a passenger.” - Source

Propulsion Technology Mostly Unchanged After 50 Years

Imagine funding research into extracting motion from the ambient zero point energy where the incoming, pressurized quantum foam pops are rectified to produce a pushing force. Totally new forms of transport.

“Although it’s been a half century since America entered the space age, the basic propulsion concepts used to push Explorer I into space will be the same type of propulsion that the nation will use to begin the next half century of space exploration. “Chemical propulsion will be with us for the foreseeable future as the means to escape the Earth’s gravity,” said Dr. Hawk, who worked with the Air Force Propulsion Laboratory at Edwards Air Force base, before joining UAHuntsville nearly 20 years ago. “Large forces are required for periods of several minutes to accomplish this and chemical systems do this well and relatively cheaply,” he said. Hawk, however, concedes there have been technological strides that make current propulsion systems superior to those early engines. UAHuntsville continues to look at ways to make improvements in chemical propulsion technologies, the university’s researchers continue to investigate future propulsion concepts. “The application of advanced propulsion concepts such as plasma propulsion devices or others that rely upon energy sources other than chemical is for in-space use,” Hawk said. However, he explained that while NASA is not actively pursuing these devices currently, the university continues that research. “We continue to work such advanced devices to continue to provide better understanding of the associated physics so that when NASA is able to bring its attention to the next level of propulsion needs, we will have provided a foundation from which to build.” - Source

Unwinding the Cosmos

The unique thing about this theory is that it explains zero point energy along with everything else.

“The presence of the golden ratio as an organizing principle in torsion physics led the team of Haramein and Rauscher to arrive at a Unified Field Theory that connects black holes to the structure of an atom. Their theory proposes that an atom is formed from the pumping or “breathing” of gravity in the space vacuum between the shape of a cube (dual tetrahedrons) and an octahedron, forming the simplest possible harmonically oscillating structure. As these two shapes oscillate, they pass through an icosahedron (or its dual dodecahedron) to form a golden spiral. Space is then seen as being organized into a polarized structured vacuum, called a Schwarzchild lattice, organized into 120 tiny black holes, each in its own “cell” of the lattice. Each cell is itself organized as a 12-faced pentagonal dodecahedron (or icosahedron). The Haramein-Rauscher atomic model is then used to explain each cell as a harmonically oscillating cubeoctahedron that passes through the Schwartzchild dodecahedron in the space lattice (centered on a tiny black hole). This pumping action creates an electromagnetic Coriolis Effect and double torus identical to a miniature spiral galaxy or hurricane. From the torquing edge or “event horizon” of the black hole in each cell of the space lattice, resonant atomic structures can form depending on the number of particles or atomic weight of different atoms. Of all the known elements, one particular atom, carbon-12, is more stable and resonant than any other element, accounting for its use as the international standard for atomic weight. In fact, carbon-12 resonates so well that it easily bonds with itself and other small atoms to form polypeptide amino acid chains and DNA molecules capable of evolving into the wide variety of water crystals we know as life. From the micro to the macro, torsion physics describes everything as a double torus of orthogonal (or “right-angled”) gravitational and electromagnetic forces that together spin off resonant harmonic structure at the perfectly balanced event horizon between them. Based on this theoretical model, some scientists are calling for increased funding and research to find ways of engineering the torsion field. Nicola Tesla was the first to suggest this more than a hundred years ago. In 2001, German scientist Dr. Konstantin Meyl reproduced Tesla’s wireless electricity experiments using a simple demonstration kit he built consisting of a dual-coil transmitter and matching receiver. He found that as the frequency was increased on the transmitter, scalar components were produced that tunneled over to the receiver to light an LED. Sold as a simple demonstration kit to more than fifty universities, the apparatus not only proved that electricity could be transmitted wirelessly, it also showed that scalar information could not be blocked by a shielded Faraday cage. Gravitation as a Centrifugal or Centripetal Force

One of the early versions of this theory was posted on the KeelyNet BBS many years ago and this looks like it might be updated - Gravifugal Force.

Centripetal and Centrifugal Forces - Designations centripetal and centrifugal do not denominate any special forces, but rather directions in which a particular force acts during a rotational process — towards the centre or away from it, or rather, towards the axis of rotation or away from it. Any of the known forces may be centripetal in direction, that is to say, perform the function of the centripetal force.”

I think there is a correlation between this idea and Specific Speed. There also is an odd idea from Walter Russells research that indicates elements can be represented using specific angles, but I’ve not been able to see how it all fits together…yet….
