A friend sent a link to the Hal Turner show which seems to deal with such matters. Could be just another conspiracy site but it has some information which might be of interest.
My friend specifically referred to the March 13th post which states;

Word has begun leaking from last nights special, closed-door session of the United States House of Representatives. Not only did members discuss new surveillance provisions as was the publicly stated reason for the closed door session, they were also bluntly warned about:
