It has never been a case of finding land or space….I love the photos you sent and it all looks very exotic, but for a lab it would cost a fortune to outfit it out in the boonies like that.

And everytime you have to order something I suspect, it would be a real hassle due to the remoteness. Mexico is bad enough for that with the impuesto (customs tax) costing 1/3rd of anything shipped in via mail though there are ways around that.

So if you had the $130,000 and bought the land, then what? You’d need a heap of money to clear space, build buildings (since it is raw undeveloped land), setup plumbing, sewage, generators for power, equipment, etc…I could see it easily costing millions just for the basics!

You would have a lot of land but not much you could do with it unless it had some development for whatever project you wanted….it would be a shame to clear amazon type rain forest like that for farming…maybe just a few acres incorporated into the local environment.

I can’t see it being anywhere near practical but it could make a good resort property for a developer if it didn’t demolish too many trees and plants.

On the south side of Lake Chapala there are large land areas of a few acres most with houses and access to the lake…and the prices run from $200,000-3 million or so for plenty of land. Honestly 2-5 acres, plus waterfront access would provide space for a wide range of experimental projects that have tremendous commercial potential.

The problem is NO ONE BITES…no one invests in anything, just trolls and teases from people who say they will ’soon have the money’ but of course it never comes and they can’t/won’t even put up any good faith money to show they are serious…I don’t understand their motivation for even making contact if they are just fantasizing…

Oddly enough, you would think they would be asking me for a lot of details if they were simply information thieves, but of the 4 contacts I’ve had pver the past 3 years, who claimed to want to invest in my lab project at;

even for a paltry 3 million over 5 years which they get back IN IT’S ENTIRETY and where I get the interest paid on it for the research projects (roughly 20,000 per month for the 5 years trust fund period),

no one wants to fund it despite all my contacts, practical experience over 25 years, projects and inside information with many inventors.

And the people who actually HAVE money would seem to rather DIE than do something good with it NOW….it just boggles my mind. Money is a tool, like fertilizer, it needs to be planted to make THINGS GROW!

What is the point of money if people aren’t enjoying it or doing something good with it like funding such a lab as I envision that will go on doing good long after they are gone?

Neurotics build castles in the sky, psychotics live in them, others are simply waiting for god and an easy death.

When they die, the money they so carefully guard will go to the lawyers, the state, the church and/or unappreciative family members or leeches who will waste no time in blowing every cent of it for their personal pleasure.

So why not do something NOW…they just can’t seem to understand this…

I haven’t figured out if it is greed, insecurity or some other factor that makes them hold on to everything until they die where others rush in and piss it all away. ENJOY IT NOW while you can!

My lab project would bring in a lot of interesting, talented people who would be working with me on a range of experiments, including rejuvenation and healing along with energy and transportation technology, even some agricultural for growing large plants and animals and a lot of other projects!

It is very frustrating to watch as people die with all they have accumulated, then to see others run in and spend it all on stupid pleasures where it could have done SO MUCH GOOD when used to finance a lab project or at least help others!

Videos - Wow! Ron Paul on Leno 10/30/07, there IS HOPE!

KUDOS to Leno for bringing Ron Paul onto his show. It is incredible how the controlled media are taking such pains to try to ignore not just Paul but his message. I know its a snowballs’ chance in hell, but I’m rooting for the guy. He reminds me of the logical approach to problems solving shown by Ross Perot but in RP’s case, he is way more comprehensive. He is so right that the USA was designed as a REPUBLIC, not a DEMOCRACY and we need to bite the bullet and get back to the Constitution with its enlightened guidelines.

Hola ***! Sorry about your health problems of late based on your article in the last Guadalajara Reporter. 4 things you might find of interest;

1) With regard to scorpion and other insect bites, I use a 20,000 volt defense shocker across the bite…the high voltage is applied several times for a split second per application…but since the venom is oil-based, high voltage will rip it apart and destroy it. About 3 years ago, a neighbor knew I had this little gun that I used…so he showed up at midnight with an american guy from a local missionary compound. The girlfriend of the guy had been stung on the foot by a scorpion which he promptly stomped to death, however, she was in pain. Her foot was throbbing and her leg was swelling and going numb. So he told them about my device and they wanted me to come zap her.

I told them I was not a doctor and couldn’t guarantee this would help as I only use it on myself when I get a spider bite (not yet been scorpion bit)…I offered to loan them the high voltage gun but they begged me to come and use it…ok…found the girl sitting on the kitchen counter and her leg and foot was swollen…probably 30 minutes after the bite…she was very scared as the numbness in her leg was up past her knee… I showed her the machine and zapped myself to show it wouldn’t kill but it would sting…better a few zaps from the gun to destroy the venom than to suffer and let it fester….so she begged me to use it pointing to the location on her foot of the bite…easy to tell as it was all red and swollen…I zapped her 3 times over a 5 minute span as her boyfriend held her…each zap only about half a second…but relief came quickly. Over the next 30 minutes, she regained sensation in her leg and the pain in her foot was very minor. All were pleased and I went back home…she walked past my house 2 days later and stopped to thank me saying it had cured the bite without any need for shots or pills. So if you ever get a bite, give me a shout and I’ll run over and zap you if you want to try it. I use the low voltage (5,000) setting to zap mosquito bites as it stops the itching…

Tests on women with chronic coughs and iron deficiency show that a simple iron supplement often clears up the cough, says Dr Caterina Bucca of the University of Turin and colleagues. Because iron helps regulate the production of proteins in the immune system that control inflammation, an iron deficiency might make the upper airway more prone to inflammation, leading to this chronic cough, Bucca reasons. Bucca says women are more likely than men to suffer from otherwise unexplained chronic coughs. They all had signs of swelling in the back of the mouth and red, inflamed mucous membranes. 4) I had my gall bladder removed some 15 years ago and since then I cannot easily process grease in foods…but I get fixated on a project and opt for the easiest food such as quesadillas with the fabulously delicious ADOBERA cheese…often with bacon or ham enfolded..easy, quick and it always catches up with me to generate mucus and bile over a few days of eating too much grease. When that happens I cough a lot so have tried numerous medicines. A friend told me a doctor told him to use MUCOSALVON which I bought at Soriana for about 60 pesos or so…it is great at concentrating the phlegm to spit up or blow out through the nose. Another useful thing from the lady in a local farmacia is Ampicillin which helps with lung type infections…wow, only about 20 pesos for a bottle of white powder…you dissolve it in water and drink it every 6 hours…incredibly efficient and it has helped me.
